  • How long can your baked goods be kept for?
    We do use not any preservative in our bakes, so each product should be consumed within this recommended period: Chiffon Cakes: 3 days in the refrigerator Butter Cakes and Whole Cakes: 5 days in the refrigerator Tarts and Cookies: 6 weeks in a cool, dry environment, away from direct heat
  • When is the best time to consume your Signature Pineapple Tarts?
    As everything is made fresh, it is recommended to wait five days before consuming our tarts. This allows the gluten in the pastry to relax and for the dough to absorb more liquids from our homemade jam.
