Strictly No Refund nor Exchange

All baked goods are non refundable nor exchangeable due to their perishable nature, and that they are all made fresh to order. 

 

Shipping and Billing Address

Please provide accurate shipping and billing details if you have opted for delivery.

Any mistake made on your part will not be reimbursed.

Store Pickups

Please adhere to store operational timings or the time slot confirmed with you, before heading down to collect your order.

Lead Time

All preorders should be made ​at least a week in advance.

Minimum Purchase Quantity

All preorders require minimum purchase quantity, regardless of flavours chosen.

Whole Cakes: 1 per flavour

Butter Cakes: 2 per flavour

Pandan Chiffon Cake: 2 per flavour

Pandan Chocolate Chiffon Cake: 4 per flavour

All Other Chiffon Cakes: 8 per flavour

Cream Puffs (box of 6): 4 boxes

Sea Salt Brownies (box of 6): 5 boxes

Tarts and Cookies: 2 per flavour

Discrepancy

Kindly note that we do not use artificial flavouring nor colouring (with the exception of birthday cakes), hence all bakes may not always be colour accurate though they still taste the same.

However, we will always strive to keep the difference minimal.
